Racked snapped this photo of Zac Posen, walking on W. 70th in NYC with his cute dogs. He’s in a Tom Ford suit, an Amish hat, a kerchief in lieu of a tie, and holding a scarf (why?) along with one of his dog’s leashes. Hot, or not? Personally the suit, shirt and shoes work for me, but the accessories are out of control. I mean, and Amish hat and a scarf in the hand?
